Standard Shipping - $8.00 AUD

  • Orders can take between 8-15 business days to arrive to most metro areas in Australia, up to 20 days to non-metro areas.

Express Shipping - $13.00 AUD

  • Orders can take between 5-12 business days to arrive to most metro areas in Australia, up to 15 days to non-metro areas.
  • Check out Australia Post to estimate delivery time to your area.

Free Standard Shipping - On orders over $80.00 AUD

  • Free standard shipping only applies to orders that total a product value over $80.00 AUD. 
  • IMPORTANT: Promo code FLYBABYFLY must be entered at the checkout for free shipping offer to be applied. Free standard shipping does not apply without code.

    Pre-order Items 

    • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
    • Any orders that contain pre-order item will only be shipped once the pre-order item is available. 
    • Fulfilment dates are subject to change. While we will always try our best to notify customers of the fulfilment date, things can go wrong that can cause delays.  

    Do You Deliver On Public Holidays?

    • Unfortunately, your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday.
    • If your order is placed on an Australian Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
    • During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

    What is Authority to Leave?

    • Some postal services will allow you to give authority to leave depending on your region. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order.
    • Baller Baby Clothing will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Baller Baby Clothing will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
