Refund Policy
We hope you like our products. We have individually checked and packed each order to ensure the highest quality is maintained right from our supplier to your door.
In the event that you should feel the need to return your purchase, please contact hi@ballerbabyclothing.com.au in the first instance, noting the requirements and conditions below. Have your receipt or proof of purchase handy as this will be required.
Unfortunately returns and refunds will only be considered within the first 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Manufacturing Defects
In the event of manufacturing defects, we will happily replace your item. Please contact hi@ballerbabyclothing.com.au with details of the defect. After review, we will contact you with details of where to send the defective product and the refund process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. This may vary depending on your financial institution.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges due to change of mind
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges due to change of mind. Please ensure that you are happy with your selection prior to proceeding to the checkout in our webstore.
Undelivered items
We use Australia Post Parcel Post for deliveries. We will provide a tracking number so you can see the status of your delivery. Whilst we do not take responsibility for the delivery through Australia Post, should you have any issues with receiving your purchase please contact hi@ballerbabyclothing.com.au and we will try to assist.
